We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Please email us to let us know your intentions during that time and we will send you our details for the return. If there's no fault with the product then you will need to cover postage costs to return. In the first instance, please email us at georgette@skygazerculture.com 

Of course, you're able to cancel your order! You must cancel your order before it ships, otherwise you will have to pay for return postage to get a full refund.
