Refund Policy
Returns
We will happily refund you for up to 30 days if you are in any way displeased with your purchase. Please email us at hello@skygazerculture.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Gifts
If the item is an unwanted gift, we will only be able to refund the buyer or we can happily exchange for a different product. Return postage to be paid by gift recipient.
Shipping costs
When returning your item, the buyer will be responsible for paying return postage (unless in the case of a faulty product). In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for the returning postage and shipping the chosen replacement product.
Faults
If your product has a manufacturing default, we will replace or refund to your original payment method. If the issue is due to fair wear and tear, misuse or not caring for the product according to the information on our 'product care' tab on our website, it may not be considered a defect.
