I served a customer yesterday, who handed me your reusable shopping bags and freezer bags, I recognised the brand name. She was so lovely and I loved the bags even more in person! We had a chat about your products and that you were a small local business, etc.
I HAD to place an order lol, the bags are beautiful and great quality.

Advertised was a blue towel to match the remainder of the items i purchased for my new blue car and was sent the black and white towel no where on the advertisement was this made clear very disappointed
Hi Sharni. Are you referring to the free gift mystery towel? If so, its a mystery towel meaning that every free gift sent is different.
Shouldnt be charging additional funds to issue free returns and shipping protection on top of shipment and admin costs

I assumed the toggles for the picnic blanket were not an optional accessory and came with the blanket … nope elastic clip is smart for a quick roll up but is dodgy quality and wont last

I get pulled up all the time as to where I got my shopping bags. I have recommended you to so many even on our holidays in our caravan. Your towels and other things even went back to the uk with family as they loved the towels with bag and straps and used them so much during there month stay. You should be proud beautiful products and excellent quality so thanks for bring your ideas to us the customer. Love it thankyou

Love this idea, i thought the individual bags would be bigger though, they are not the same size as shopping bags you can buy at the coles
These bags are fantastic and extremely useful and easy to store.
However I did receive a faulty cooler bag, the zip didn’t seem to want to move. It was permanently stuck. I attempted to contact customer service and no response. It’s now been a month. Great bags, just stars for poor service that I’m stuck with a faulty bag.

Love these bags. Every time I go to the supermarket people comment how nice my bags are. So easy, fold up well into pouch. I got a cooler bag to match. The checkout staff even say oh you are the lady with those nice bags!
